Envy is a combination of three most important feelings Envy, Trust and Panic!

Envy is - customers will buy more if they see someone else is buying!

Trust is - customers will see other people buying, hence explains that store is trust worthy!

Panic is - customers will see various numbers and they are changing! Sales is increasing, Inventory is decreasing - hence the panic and customers is more likely to buy the product!
These numbers are completely configurable!
You can promote specific products by creating their corresponding fake notifications.
You can create fake timestamps of an order - implies order could be a month old but in notifications it will be shown as if it was bought in last hour.
Yes you can translate into your language!
Yes you can filter products or orders by tag - both white-list and black-list
